At Jeweller's Loupe, each and every jewellery piece is created just for you, to order, by one of our expert British jewellers.
We are dedicated to ensuring that each piece is consciously created:

- with no manufacturing defects
If you feel there may be a manufacturing issue, of any kind, please feel free to contact us at any time. You can return your jewellery to us for our jewellers to have a closer inspection.
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect, we will carry out repairs or replace your piece for you free of charge.
If the problem is due to accidental damage or general wear, we will always contact you to discuss the best options for repair and the costs involved. There may be a charge for the repair but we will notify you of the estimate before proceeding with any work.
We love creating your jewellery and we want you to love wearing it.
The JL hallmark
Once we stamp your piece with our JL hallmark, we are confirming that your jewellery piece has been quality checked by our jewellers. This is our guarantee to you that it is in pristine condition and to a standard that we would be prepared to receive ourselves. We will never send out a piece of jewellery that we are not completely happy with. If your ring arrives and you do not think this is the case, please get in touch with us straight away.
Ensuring the best delivery
From the moment your payment has processed, it is for us to get your jewellery to you within four weeks. Your order will be trackable online and we will also keep you updated via email throughout the creative process.
We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, who will deliver your jewellery to your preferred address on your preferred date. We trust them to get your jewellery to you safely and undamaged. Your jewellery will have been parcelled in pristine condition when it leaves our premises. If you think your parcel has been damaged in any way whilst on its journey to you, please get in touch with us straight away. You can track your parcel’s adventure on the Royal Mail website.
